Booking and contact information
When you fill out a contact or booking enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the details of your request — such as dates, number of guests, and any special requirements. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and process your reservation.
If you contact us via WhatsApp or email directly, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
Analytics usage
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site — which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and where they come from. This data is aggregated and anonymised. We use it to improve the website and our content, not to identify individuals.

- Meta / Facebook — we maintain a Facebook Page and may use Meta's business tools for advertising and analytics. If you interact with our Facebook content or visit our site via a Meta platform, Meta may collect data in accordance with their policy. See facebook.com/privacy.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any other parties.
Data protection
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. Enquiry data is stored securely and accessed only by the Satori team. Booking data processed through Cloudbeds is protected by their enterprise security infrastructure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.
